Job Skills / Requirements

Role Responsibilities:
  • Work week Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Maintain, audit and produce reports on current state of the Millennium and Hartmann access control database
  • Action all approved application forms for initial issue of photo ID card to new employee(s)
  • Action all approved requests for re-issue of badges, lost, stolen, misplaced
  • Action all approved requests to removal and/or complete amendments to access level permissions on specific database
  • Ensure adequate inventory of new access cards available for issue or replacement as required
  • Ensure adequate inventory of ID card sticky blanks (to allow for reusing access cards)
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails) regarding the photo ID/access control program and escalate as necessary
  • Other duties as required

Role Qualifications (minimum 3-5 years' experience):
  • Demonstrated experience with Millennium Access Control administration or similar platform
  • Post-secondary diploma/certificate in a Computer Science discipline
  • Business or Office Administration diploma/certificate
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, word, excel, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration environment would be an asset
  • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint or similar

  • Self-starter and works effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
