What you will do
The Operations Consultant will be responsible for industrializing intake processes, reporting on progress, and ensuring proactive communication within the team.
This role aims to enhance operational efficiency and support the continuous improvement of bid desk's functions. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high volumes of work, have good communication and presentation skills, and have a general consulting background.

What you will do
The Operations Consultant will be responsible for industrializing intake processes, reporting on progress, and ensuring proactive communication within the team.
This role aims to enhance operational efficiency and support the continuous improvement of bid desk's functions. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high volumes of work, have good communication and presentation skills, and have a general consulting background.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Implementation of an efficient intake processes aimed to streamline Bid Desk operations.
- Manage, Monitor and report on the progress of a Bid across stages, ensuring timely updates and clear communication within the team.
- Proactive communication within the Management Committee (MC) and to other relevant stakeholders involved in the pursuit.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
- Assist in the industrialization of operational processes to handle increasing volumes effectively.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proven experience in a consulting role, preferably with a focus on operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Flexibility to work non-regular schedules is required at times to support the dynamic needs of the bids.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
