The Branch Coordinator will provide coordination support to the Policy, Legislation and Issue Resolution Office in the Mines, Competitiveness and Authorizations division. This position will coordinate office administration functions, secretarial and financial support services for the branch and coordinate the day-to-day priorities of the Executive Director, including providing liaison with division including regional offices and ministry executive offices.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent
  • Experience providing project management support services
  • Experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff
