KPMG's Enterprise Performance Management Practice helps organizations maximize efficiencies and drive business value across the enterprise. We are trusted advisors in budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, reporting and analytics, and all other areas of finance transformation including ERP & EPM systems.

Our Enterprise Performance Management team, situated within the Finance Transformation Advisory practice , is seeking a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Management Consulting practice in the Toronto office. We are looking for a talented professional like you to build a highly visible presence for EPM engagements that leverages EPM technology solutions .

What you will do
As a Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Performance Management team , you will be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by:
  • Supporting client pursuits, business development efforts including preparing proposals and leading presentations to senior executives.
  • Building long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and networking in professional organizations.
  • Taking accountability for client deliverables by leading engagements and teams to successful outcomes with a focus on supporting your team, client needs and generating value.
  • Building your technical and analytical expertise by delivering high quality results on time and proactively identifying and resolving project issues.
  • Working with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance and integrate service offerings across the practice .
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) process transformation capabilities with special knowledge in close/consolidation, planning, budgeting/forecasting and reporting/analytics.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of enhanced EPM processes; redesigning the close process and budgeting/forecasting processes.
  • Growing your EPM expertise in defining the future of management/financial reporting, key performance measures and other analytics.
  • Expanding your technology experience with EPM products.
  • Supporting and delivering large complex Finance EPM Transformation.
  • Supporting sales cycles and helping manage client executive relationships.
What you bring to the role
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience in consulting, showing progression/promotion and experience in delivering full life cycle implementation projects related to EPM with software vendors such as OneStream, Oracle EPBCS or Hyperion, Adaptive, Anaplan or Board International.
  • 2-3 years of experience in C-Sharpe or .Net programming, business intelligence or similar
  • 2-4 years of experience in advanced financial systems implementation, integration and optimization.
  • From a technical lens, you will be experienced in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping and managing testing for Adaptive Insights implementation and integration project(s).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university with excellent credentials.
  • You have the ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.
  • You have a deep personal accountability for your work, have a passion for excellence, are driven to achieve your full potential and understand the value of building relationships with clients, future clients, your communities, the global firm and each other.
