What- the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their corporate talent acquisition team. The new Recruiter will work on a variety of corporate searches- roles in technology (data analytics, software engineering, etc.), digital marketing, finance, etc.
Who- the Candidate:
We are seeking talent acquisition professionals with over 4 years’ experience in full-cycle, high-volume corporate and tech recruitment. Open to candidates with only agency recruitment or only in-house recruitment, but a blend of both is ideal. Candidates must have hands-on experience using an ATS, Linked-in Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms. Our client has a very performance driven culture and it is a company that will provide investment in their employees in terms of development and training – business skills, technical skills, system skills, etc.
Can work remotely from anywhere in BC or Alberta. Could possibly work from elsewhere in Canada, but on PST work hours. Ideally the Senior Tech Recruiter would be able to work from the Vancouver head office a couple times a month, but not required.
