About the Job:
Mindwire is currently seeking a Senior Test Automation Developer to work for our valued client.

Responsibilities:

• Taking a lead role in the development of advanced automated testing solution. This includes testing framework and tools, and test libraries that interface with vehicle electronic control units (ECUs) which are consumed by internal and external teams.
• Analyze and decompose complex software systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design for testability
• Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide coaching to fellow team members on automation practice

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ year experience in test automation and software tools development
• 5+ years of experience in Python development and object-oriented design
• Experience in maintaining automated execution of large number of tests and triaging test results
• Experience with embedded system testing
• Strong knowledge of operating system architecture (Linux, QNX, Android, POSIX and Windows)
• Experience with automotive ECU testing and strong understanding in CAN
• Experience in DoCAN, DoIP, AUTOSAR
• Exposure to Intrepid and Vector products
• Experience with data analytics and visualization
• Analytical with the ability to produce creative and effective software solutions to problems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and mentorship qualities to foster growth of both internal and external team members
