Overview
Do you want to use your analytical skills and are you good with numbers? Our Claims Intake & Adjudication Services department in the Richmond office is hiring for a Baseliner.
As a Baseliner, you'll use your analytical skills to investigate legacy claims and implement retroactive changes. In this role, you'll rely on your excellent numerical ability and keen attention to detail to gather and review information in order to baseline products, document findings, make recommendations and implement solutions, and assist officer level staff to gather information in order to update claims files.
How you'll make a difference: You'll ensure people with permanent work-related disabilities get the benefits they need.

Salary: $33.33 - $41.36 / hourly

- Perform the baseline process
- Implement retroactive changes and adjustments to benefits

- Independently problem solve and analyze information to make sound decisions that reflect policy, procedures, and guidelines
- Read and comprehend claims information
- Manage a high volume of work with tight timelines
- Analyze and calculate financial data accurately
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Communicate tactfully and clearly to relay detailed and complex information both verbally and in writing
- Maintain collaborative working relationships
Your background and experience
- Proficient typing skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Accurately perform mathematical calculations
