WSP is seeking an Experienced Contract Administrator to join our Supply Chain Management group in Montreal, Toronto or Calgary. This role supports a wide range of impactful project work including Mechanical, Civil, Piling, Instrumentation & Controls, Geotechnical, Heavy Haul, Utility, and other construction and site-service contract packages. Your work helps ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with client and project requirements.

Your Impact

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project contract lists.
• Source and pre-qualify contractors to support project execution.
• Prepare bid and proposal packages, including commercial documentation.
• Issue RFPs, manage bidder inquiries, and coordinate proposal receipt.
• Lead bid opening, evaluation, clarification, negotiation, and award recommendations.
• Form contracts and administer all post-award requirements.
• Oversee change order management and ensure compliance with pricing structures and schedules.
• Manage contract governance, risk assessments, and alignment with project budgets.
• Support claims management, back-charge administration, and resolution processes.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Legal, and Engineering teams.
• Communicate schedule delays and conflicts to project teams and stakeholders.
• Close out contracts in accordance with procedural and contractual requirements.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• A degree, diploma, or certificate in Supply Chain Management or Contracting & Procurement.
• Experience in an EPCM project environment.
• Proficiency with contracting software and electronic workflow systems.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• 8-12 years of contracting and procurement experience on major projects.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900

MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
