Job Title: CorCare Project - Customer Service and Concierge

Location: Waterford Hospital

Employment Type: Temporary Casual Position

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 07:30-15:30 hours

Pay Rate: $19.67 per hour

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly assistance to visitors, clients, and staff.
• Concierge Support: Offer directions, information, and general assistance within the facility.
• Computer Troubleshooting: Provide basic support for common computer or device issues.
• Wayfinding: Help individuals navigate the facility accurately and efficiently.
• General Logistics: Assist with coordination of access, information flow, and general operational tasks.
• Problem Solving: Respond to day-to-day challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
• Other Reasonable Duties: Support additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Prerequisites:
• Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector check
• Valid class 5 Driver License
• English (oral and written) fluency is a must
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
