As the Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Management, you'll play a key role in supporting Aritzia's Digital department - an evolving team that's building its foundation and shaping how it supports the business for the long term. You'll bring both a strategic and hands-on approach to your work, helping ensure we have the right people in the right roles and that our people practices are aligned, consistent, and effective.

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

THE ROLE
As the Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Management you will:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, enabling effective people decisions that drive high performance and engagement
- Support the full employee lifecycle - including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and development - with consistency, care, and alignment to Aritzia's values
- Partner with leaders to ensure we have the right people in the right roles, at the right time
- Identify development opportunities and implement solutions that unlock potential and accelerate the growth of high-performing talent
- Coach and consult with leaders at all levels on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure we're hiring and retaining the best talent for both today and tomorrow
- Support organizational planning and resource allocation to enable business outcomes and team success
- Ensure the fair and consistent application of people policies and programs, balancing compliance with culture and employee experience
- Apply a thoughtful, people-first lens to decisions, supporting others in building meaningful and rewarding careers at Aritzia
THE QUALIFICATIONS
As a Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Management you bring:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with direct experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or Talent Partner. Experience in retail or digital environments is a strong asset.
- Deep expertise across core areas including employee relations, performance management, total rewards, and HR analytics
- A demonstrated ability to develop, interpret, and implement people programs and policies that resonate across all levels - from junior employees to senior leaders
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset suited to fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- A proven track record of enabling high-performing teams through people strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to think beyond traditional HR to provide insights that support both team and organizational success
- A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and our Business and People Leadership principles
