The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

- Support with selecting the most effective and engaging Concierge learning modalities to train our people
- Apply design assets to increase the impact of training content
- Craft screenplays and storyboards that structure, sequence, and detail training components to direct the construction of the learning experience
- Support with building, delivering, and continuously improving learning programs at the highest quality to support business objectives and achieve the intended experience for our Concierge teams.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Sr. Specialist/Specialist, Learning Design, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or applicable certifications
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
