Department Overview:

The TD Securities Colleague Experience team develops, leads, and executes initiatives and strategies to support TDS colleagues in realizing the colleague value proposition. About this Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Colleague Experience, you are someone who brings forward thinking in Colleague Experience and culture, with the ability to both re-imagine and execute. You'll support the TDS Inclusion and Diversity Council and TDS Employee Resource Groups in the development of the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy and coordinate cross functional teams deliver initiatives that will drive strategic outcomes.

The role will work closely with the broader Marketing and Colleague Experience team, HR, as well as business leads from TDS's employee resource groups to advance TDS's employer brand and culture.

Job Description

What you'll do:
  • Play a significant role in the continued improvement of our culture and colleague experience by continuously evaluating our colleague programs to ensure they meet the need of our colleagues and our business
  • Own the planning and execution of colleague programs to support colleague culture and inclusion
  • Lead relationships and act as a program partner to support our employee resource group leaders
  • Understand enterprise standards as well as keep a pulse on external trends that could be translated into impactful initiatives for TD Securities
  • Manage, promote and evolve external culture and inclusion partnerships and initiatives, engaging various stakeholders as needed to meet initiative objectives
  • Build effective program plans and communications to promote, excite and engage colleagues on initiatives
  • Obtain requisite budgets as necessary to culture and inclusion initiatives and community sponsorships
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise policy and regulatory requirements at all times
  • Build effective communication plans and to promote our employer brand, engage colleagues on culture and inclusion initiative and keep stakeholders informed
  • Provide coaching, development, succession, recruitment, resource management, team leadership, input into performance and development plans where applicable

Job Requirements

What you bring:
  • 7+ years relevant experience in program management, colleague program delivery and execution
  • Confidence and ability to lead and manage within an area of moderate risk, complexity or scope
  • Commitment to ensuring there is an integrated approach with other business management areas, broader organization, and enterprise
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to resolve conflict and solve problems
  • Positive track record in relationship management, collaboration and consulting skills with the confidence to work with different working styles and ability to work with senior leaders and other business partners
  • Working knowledge and understanding of TD and TD Securities and organizational practices to support the design and delivery of programming
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong narratives to tell TD's culture and inclusion story and develop strong proposals
  • Experience in developing metrics and to measure the effectiveness of colleague programs
