As a Project Financial Advisor, you'll shape the financial integrity of the projects that shape communities. You'll bring clarity, discipline, and insight to complex project portfolios-empowering leaders to make informed decisions and driving financial performance across the business.
Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Advise project leaders on financial strategy to support project success and long-term business performance
- Monitor financial performance through earned value management, EAC/ETC forecasting, and KPI tracking to flag risks and opportunities early
- Support project and portfolio reviews by delivering accurate financial analysis and actionable insights
- Partner with teams to develop and maintain project budgets, cost estimates, and WIP/AR management processes
- Ensure compliance with key financial policies including revenue recognition, accruals, work-at-risk, and write-offs
- Provide financial review support for bids and commercial proposals to ensure sound business decisions
- Support project teams in understanding the financial impacts of decisions throughout the project lifecycle
The Skills That Set You Apart
- You bring proven experience in project financial management and thrive in fast-paced project-based environments
- You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field-CPA (or equivalent) preferred
- You apply strong analytical skills, including earned value management and EAC/ETC forecasting expertise
- You're fluent in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and comfortable in Oracle and the Microsoft Office Suite
- You bring integrity, judgment, and the ability to advise and influence cross-functional project leaders

Compensation
Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
