Department Overview:
The Protect Product Office team, part of Enterprise Protect, is responsible for the vision and development of Protect Products ensuring they are running efficiently and operating seamlessly to protect the bank, customers and employees from Fraud.
The Senior Manager, Product Relationship Management is a strategic function supporting a defined pillar under Protect Product. The function is the primary point of contact between the Protect Partner Integration and Product & Eng teams and is responsible for documenting and socializing the strategic direction of the Products within assigned geographical location by establishing Go-to-market strategies, annual planning, product roadmaps, storyboards and contributions to the Protect Product and Service Catalogue.

Job Details
CUSTOMER
- Primary person of contact between Protect Partner Integration and Product Teams
- Understand & stitch together E2E Product Strategy for respective location across all Protect pillars
- Build and maintain views of tech coverage across portfolio
- Participate in Partner forums to understand partner priorities; establish cadences and routines to champion priorities with Product Teams through engagement in intake, prioritization, and planning processes
- Stay abreast of in flight priorities within respective geographical location, understanding projected outcomes, risks and changes.
- Communicate key messages back to Partner Integration teams in conjunction with Protect Product leadership team
- Participate in development and socialization of key messages with SLT
- Influence outcomes in planning cycles to align with Product Strategy/TOM work relative to geographical location, not limited to but including annual planning and quarterly planning cycles
- Own, understand and monitor portfolio level roadmaps (US/CAN)
- Prepare Board, SET and regulatory strategy presentations and updates where required in conjunction with Product Management and Product Owner/Service teams.
- Represent in partner forums, responsible to engage key product/eng stakeholders when required
- Create and maintain interaction models with Protect Businesses and key partners (ITS, PDG, AMCB and TDCT Program Offices)
- Own portfolio review cadences (outside of PDG owned routines) such as US and Canada Portfolio reviews
- Prepare and own emerging threat position papers through engagement of Protect Product Management leads. Providing clear and consistent messaging.
- Champion key priorities through intake process, ensuring intakes are submitted and monitored through to handover to the delivery teams.
- Understand pipeline including scope and expected outcomes of each intake impacting respective pillar
- Participate as Intake SME in key forums and interactions not limited to but including Fraud Product Monthly Alignment sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews, PI Planning sessions. Participation in Partner Integration interactions for pipeline reviews, and prioritization discussions.

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree and / or technical certificate
- Five (5) or more years relevant experience
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Product Management
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of business supported applications, Product development
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Confluence and Jira
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of lifecycle methodology, business testing, project management, change management and governance standards
- Technical Acumen
- Adept in working multi-functionality, communicating professionally (both speaking and writing) and establishing positive working relationships across multiple business and technology partners, programs and project managers
- Knowledge of Protect Products is an asset.
