Compensation:
Salary range (in British Columbia): $163,400 - $224,700
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The salary range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.

Your Impact
- Direct technical strategy for wastewater treatment projects, ensuring innovation and compliance with industry best practices.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams in process design, equipment selection, and contract documentation for complex municipal systems.
- Advise clients on cutting-edge solutions that enhance water quality and environmental stewardship.
- Drive project delivery from concept through commissioning, meeting client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft winning proposals and position WSP as a leader in water infrastructure.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 15+ years of progressive experience in wastewater treatment design, planning, and project leadership.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in a Canadian province or eligibility to obtain.
- Proven expertise in treatment process design, hydraulic analysis, and infrastructure commissioning.
- Ability to navigate complex technical challenges while fostering collaboration across global teams.
- Passion for sustainable solutions and advancing community resilience through innovative engineering.
- Strong industry presence and professional recognition, with a reputation for leadership and technical excellence.
