Position OverviewZonda Home is looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to support the handling and coordination of order-related information. In this role, you will help ensure that orders are accurately recorded, updated, and processed within internal systems.
This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who are organized, reliable, and comfortable working with structured data. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate can follow instructions carefully, work independently, and maintain accuracy in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and update order information in company systems
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Track order status and update records as needed
- Communicate updates to internal teams when required
- Assist in resolving basic order-related issues
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Follow company procedures for order processing
- Basic computer skills, including typing, email, and internet use
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
