Your Impact
- Lead project-focused teams delivering contaminated sites solutions across BC and YT
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
- Conduct investigations and remediation on complex sites, including multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource coordination
- Oversee proposal development and high-quality deliverables for site assessments, remediation planning, and monitoring
- Interpret market trends and steward opportunities into successful proposals
- Mentor and coach team members in technical and career development
- Champion health and safety across all project phases
- Collaborate across disciplines to support integrated project delivery
- Contribute to other duties as needed
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental, Geological, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline with environmental focus)
- 10-15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with emphasis on contaminated sites, brownfields redevelopment, and/or mine closure
- Professional engineering designation in BC/YT, or eligibility/in-progress status
- CSAP designation is highly desired
- Experience in contaminant hydrogeology is an asset
- Proven project management skills including budgeting and scheduling
- Extensive field experience and strong health and safety leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Deep understanding of BC environmental legislation and remediation methods
- Enthusiastic, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
